I went to my nephews birthday party, there and they might as well have given out COViD doses at the door. No social distancing, packed to capacity even though they said it was 35%, wearing mask were not enforced and no one was cleaning up. There was food and trash on the floors, in the massage chairs and on the tables.

It is 10 am and we are here in the first slot... 10 to 12. Almost empty. (Tuesday in holidays). Very good place. Everybody with mask (kids too). Good staff.
My kids love it here. However, if you are worried about covid cleanliness and safety then do not visit this location. I went on a Monday evening 6-8pm slot and felt like I was in Florida with at least half the guests not wearing masks. Little kids, big kids, adults just sitting and watching - no masks or masks below the chin. The place was pretty dirty as well. Kids jumping and snacking at the same time, the bathrooms were gross. Maybe if you go in the morning it's cleaner? I would hope so.
This place is awesome!!! we celebrate my nieces birthday and we had a blast with all the attractions and service.... Mya was our helper she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time!. The manager Andrew is the best! Very friendly, he truly cares about what we need. He made us feel special! I highly recommend this place !!
First of all I'm 40 years old And i was running around like I'm 5 This place rocks And you know what ? On top of everything Else, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the manager Samm with two Ms. She treated me like i was royalty . She was behind the counter of the snack area She was extremely nice and helpful. A thousand thumbs up to her and the entire staff. This place is super cool Sanitation crew was not playing Around,either They were on top on all the covid stuff. I'll come back again and again. Thank you Two Ms.
