The staff are always great and the premises are *very* clean and are cleaned. I always feel so much more relaxed after my float. But today they rose to a new high!! Josh was at the desk when I came in. He called me by name, knew which music I wanted, and even had the extra towel that I always ask for already in my room!! Awesome!! Urban Float, University Place is one of my “must go to” places to reduce stress and minor aches. Going to try to go more than twice a month.

My daughter got me a gift certificate due to post covid aches throughout my body!!! Wow what an experience. Front desk was super helpful explained everything and put me at ease. Will definetly return!!!
We love this location and the quality and kindness of the staff. Everything is always sparkling clean, and they go out of their way to make their guests comfortable. Floating is a fantastic experience, both for the body and the mind. I highly recommend!

In the last 2 years I have had my neck fused in 2 places, my back decompressed, a new shoulder replacement and carpal tunnel surgery. After having my neck fused, my wife suggested that I try floating to loosen my muscles and relaxing in general. The first float I could really feel a difference and became a member. Floating has been the best therapy i have found! Better than all the drugs I have been prescribed for pain! Floating has been worth every dime that I have spent!
Had a wonderful experience. It was a Birthday gift for my Wife. The location is very modern and the facilities were spotless. We were greeted by a very friendly and attentive Staff. Julliete, conducted a quick tour and then went out of her way to make sure the experience was positive and all questions were answered. The Pod and personal room were clean and neat. I highly recommend Urban Float. I looked at all possibilities and Urban Float's location was surrounded by new and modern businesses adding to the atmosphere. You can't go wrong.
I love it here at Urban Float, the staff is so helpful and everything is luxurious and clean. Floating definitely relieves my chronic pain and does wonders for my mental health too. It is is lovely location, and I cannot recommend this place enough!
