We love our home. Solidly built.
Today After work I decide to go to Riley homes and take a look even knowing that it was close but I Meet a Sales Man name Tobinand if I can give more that 10 stars I will do he was there at 7:00 PM and even close hours he help me out with keys and show me couple houses that is a great experience I will definitely buy a house from him amazing job .
We went there today to pick out what we wanted, we had a plan after looking at several models. We found Toby to discuss and help us design our new house. At that time we were told we would have to make an appointment, but he couldn't give us one until Friday. We work all week, like most people, so we called him to tell hime my other half would take Friday off to meet him. No answer on his cell and so far no call back. How can a business like this just have one sales man? I think we will go somewhere else. Sad.So to continue my review, today it is Monday and we got to talk to Toby this morning and because of my previous review he is not willing to work or even talk to us. His words , i will not sell you a house because of your negative review. Ok I am also a sales man, if i get a negative review I call the customer and try to work it out. I dont make so much money that I can turn people away. I wonder if management knows this is how he does business? Very poor way to operate a business.
As a ex employee I would never buy a home from them and for sure not work for this company agina, my first week one of the owners put a lit cigarette on the back of my arm and ask if it was hot this is the company to avoid.
