Jesse is the man! By far the best record store in C-U! Huge selection of used as well as new records, he goes above and beyond to make sure you have a more than pleasant experience at See You. If he doesn’t have something in stock that you’re looking for he puts in the extra effort to find it. The man knows his stuff to, not only about one genre, the knowledge he has expands to everything. Great place to spend an afternoon browsing around, enjoying the day in downtown Urbana!

One of the best record stores in C-U. They have a pretty decent-sized collection. A majority of it is stuff that you'd never buy and the stuff you would buy is a little on the expensive side or gone by the time you get a chance to stop by. The owner, Jesse, is super friendly and very willing to help you out, negotiate pricing, and even order a new record for you if you want. Overall, the place is an average shop but the friendly staff is what keeps me coming back.

Owner is pretty cool and always has great recommendations. Good variety of old and new with different formats. Cassette, CD, and Vinyl.

The employee was very rude. The front cafe employee told us we could go back in the record store but there was a note on the door saying “be back in 5 minutes” the door was open and we walked in and just looked at some records. The employee then walked back in and rudely told us he was closed. We apologized, he said nothing, and we left feeling very unwelcome. If the store was closed, the door should not have been open and the sign should have said CLOSED, back in 5 minutes. Seems like a nice store, but will not recommend due to the rude encounter.

It's rare to find a business that puts its customers first. I was looking for a Phantogram album that they didn't have in stock at the time but they could order and have it by next day. The guy I was on the phone with texted me about a deal somewhere else just to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be buying my next record from them!
