Just hung up after waiting for 30 minutes. You can do better than this. 30 minutes for a representative to answer? I progressed from 11th to 6th caller, and then I got sick and tired of this.

Medical attention was fine. Sadly I cannot say the same for their Covid procedures. I was surprised to see so many people being allowed in to sit among those who were not there for Covid testing. They were given a mask to put over their own mask but were allowed to sit and stand to over capacity before being assessed and sent out to wait in their cars. Which most did not do, instead they hung around near the entrance. \u200d️ Seating areas were not sanitized either. A bit unsettling given the current climate. Perhaps an outside assessment should be done or Covid testing by appointment only.
My favorite urgent care, so highly disappointed that they have Covid testing line of people came from their morning jogging same line with people who had surgery on wed whom need wound dressing! They should have 2 lines from normal people Covid testing and people who need urgent care!
Waited for 10 minutes to get through on the phone. Seems like they jus never pick up based on this and past reviews
