Had to call when I got there to get info. The lady that was there came out with all the info I needed. Super friendly. Setting up boarding for our dog was very easy via email and response was very fast. All details and questions were handled in the email and I was able to just scan and email all records/forms to them. Set up for their 30 boarding package as we're moving to the area and stuck in a hotel right now. Very cool to have discounted packages for long term stay. Also having play time with other dogs is great. I have a great feeling about this place already.

We LOVE this place!!!! So, so friendly and amazing! I always feel safe with my dog in daycare and boarding while he’s at Bark Ave. All of the staff members are wonderful and so high energy and chipper, which is great for the dogs because they love the energy! We used a different daycare facility in the state we used to live in previously but my dog loves this place even more. Would highly highly recommend to everyone!
My dog goes here atleast 4 days a week while we work. The staff is truly incredible! They treat my pup like he's their own! They also take pictures of the dogs throughout the day so you can see what your dog was up to that day! I've recommended them to anyone I know who was looking for a doggy daycare!
My dog is a lot to handle.. FULL of energy and she never stops. When Esme comes home the first thing she does is go to bed. The staff here is caring and personable. I would not take my dog to any other facility.
The staff here is incredible. They made me feel safe leaving my fur-baby for the day. Monet answered all of my questions both times I stopped in there before deciding that this would be our doggie care. My Phoebe is a tripod because of a dog attack when she was 11 weeks old so we are a little protective of her and worried about her feeling safe with other dogs, but also know it is super important for her to be socialized. The staff is always very friendly and high energy which is awesome! They know us when we come in the door. Phoebe can hardly wait to get out of the car when we pull in I get zero goodbyes from her now because she is so excited to go play. That is the proof I needed to know that we made the best decision for our baby. Bonus she is wiped out when we get in the car and asleep before we get to Van Dyke. Plus they post pictures on their Facebook page.
