I've witnessed first hand how robotic and unhappy the staff and nurses are who work there. NO ONE SMILES! You can tell they all hate working there! Took my buddy to his appointment there. He told me he'd been a patient of a Doctor at Milton for over 30 yrs and now that that doctor has retired, NO ONE knows him or treats him as an individual. My buddy was having a hard time breathing and his legs were so swollen they were leaking fluid and he saw a medical student I think. That person NEVER looked at his legs and told him to use an inhaler and that he needed to lose weight. SERIOUSLY?!? My buddy ended up in the emergency room 2 nights later. They told him his kidneys were shutting down. Milton never checked his blood. NOTHING! Stay away from that place if you want to live!

If you're even bitten by a tick that has been confirmed to have Lyme disease by a facility that tests ticks for Lyme, don't go here. They will do absolutely nothing. Sorry, I didn't mean nothing. They'll ignore you, they'll be really short, have an attitude and want to get off the phone as quick as possible, cut you off while you're talking to them and leave you frustrated and pissed off. On top of that, it's impossible to talk to an actual doctor. You have to call and talk to a receptionist, who will then talk to a nurse, who is supposed to talk to the doctor, who will tell the nurse what to say and then the nurse is supposed to call you back. I called at 10:00 am and didn't hear back from the nurse until I called 2 more times and then it was at 5:30 pm that I finally heard from them. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen! If there was a way to take away stars in the rating, I would take all of them. They deserve less than nothing. I'll be searching for a new doctor and I strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to go. Unless you like to be miserable. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to anywhere else. Even the sketchy shack in the middle of the cemetery with the guy that the local kids call \The Ax Murderer\ would be a better option. He'd probably listen. Ugh, in order to post this I have to give a star. Just note that this star counts as the most negative star that a star can be!

Horrible customer service, you cannot get in to see your doctor for up to 4 months! Time to find a better more reliable office .
