Really pleased with the quality of service from Vail Equipment Rentals. I had a Husqvarna riding mower ruined by pack rats. Jim helped me order the right parts and installed them. The mower is operational again. Communication was great, service was great, and prices were great. Literally can't ask for anything more. Thank Jim!

Rented a skidsteer from them and everyone was great. Skidsteer was loaded up on the trailer and ready to go when I arrived at 6am and they happily helped me change the ball hitch on my trailer since I had the wrong size on. Will definitely come here again for any equipment rental needs.

Very professional and very helpful . Had to clear out some land of mine and he new exactly what I needed to get the job done right. I told the owner that I would definitely rent from him again. And today I am going back for a second time. He always makes sure that the equipment is fueled up and works amazing before i receive it. I wish I can put a 10 star for this gu . He is awesome. Very close to project Area. Great selection of tools and equipment. Great customer attention. Thats so important these days. I was treated right. Vets see 10 percent discount on return of equipment in good working order. Would love to hire a backhoe for project clean up! I will be going back.

Rented a Front End Loader from Vail Equipment Rentals. The equipment was delivered promptly. Very nice employees demonstrated the tractors use. A few hours before my project was complete, the tractor died. Johnny immediately sent a replacement and let me keep it for a few hours the next day to complete my project. The best test of a company is when problems occur. Thank you Vail Equipment for the excellent service.
