This place attracts the most fashion conscious people. That's why I waited outside while my wife and her best friend, a designer from NYC, scoped it out. They loved it and I got to people-watch outside.

Can you give zero stars? Horrible customer service. Spoke to the manager!!! and I’ve never been spoken to like that before. Spending over 300 for flip flops and told it was 90 to repair their shoes. Not worth it. Never shopping at this store again!!! Will go to Nordstrom from now on.

Love the fact they have "Hawaii price" Sometimes other department store price matches AND give points but Lisa is so helpful I just decide to buy from her. BUT JUST BUY FROM NORDSTROM FROM NOW ON However popular shoes, I learned to buy from wherever you can see them first(such as nordstrom) Employee order wrong shoes and the ones you want are SOLD OUT in every store including the department store initially carried at the time I made my decision of purchasing.
