The workers are good but the management is the problem. The supervisor does not have customer service and is rude. Big facility that holds great potential.
Horrible,horrible service I’m still trying to figure out how this place operates their business I was referred by someone’s friend that works there for my party rentals business, I was looking for a company to service our tablecloths I keept calling for about a week and never got an answer at all only their answering machine I left many messages witch no body returned my call , I thought maybe I have the wrong phone number so I went on their website and I sent a online request with no answer any way I decided to stop in person hopping to get better service and it turn to be the worse as the previous . First of all you have to ring a door bell to talk to someone and said that they will be right with me 10 minutes later someone opened the door and told me that the salesman was coming about 20 minutes later he finally showed up, I told him that I had been calling for about a week and he said that the receptionist was in vacation so no body was able to take the call ,I mentioned him that I sent a request online and said that he just had read my request just a few days before. So I finally started talking to him about I needed their services to handle our tablecloths and got a negative response saying that our sizes were kind of not familiar to him but he said he will reply to my online request and asked me to reply to it with our tablecloth sizes but it’s been about a month since I stopped by and he never replied at all. Very very bad experience just to hire their services, I cannot imagine how their laundry service is once they do your linen needs.
masters of the bait and switch. After giving them the list of items I wanted processed (which clearly denoted dry cleaned items), the owner Gary agreed upon a price with me. Yet, after we met, the GM Javier (the sudden Queen Bee) said that they don't even have a finisher to dry clean the items and they were going to charge me for "accessory" items. Yet, Gary said nothing about this or to their pricing "schedule", which was never presented to me . When I offered them the option to simply fold the items(instead of dry cleaning), they still wanted more than originally agreed upon. Javier and Gary go back and forth as to who makes the company decisions. Javier has no idea on how to treat a customer, either. Overall, they give you the feel as if you're at a shady car dealership. If I could give them a zero, I would.
