I love my fireplace and I love English Sweep. I've used others in the past--big mistake. They are timely, professional, clean and know the ins and outs of my old fireplace (1908). Ive had them do repairs, clean, inspect. All great. Matt was wonderful.
English Sweep has serviced the fireplaces in our duplex for a number of years. In every instance their courtesy and professionalism has been a hallmark of their service. Recently Jeff Noud has corrected the mistakes of others regarding a gas fireplace with a competence that has earned our respect and admiration.
We hired English sweep to come out to do a sweep and inspection. While doing the inspection, they informed us there was no need for a sweep so they did not charge us for that portion of the work. They informed us of the issues noticed during the inspection and gave us a quote to fix the issues. Very professional and polite.
