Customer service means everything to me and Aro Beauty Salon when above and beyond in ensuring that all our needs were met and we got everything we wanted to open our barbershop. Not sure about the bad reviews but I can say for my own experience Santiago is a man of his word he helped me out in these hard times to receive my barber chair during this whole covid-19 pandemic as he sent his own man and truck to deliver my chair over 400 miles away within 3 days of ordering!!... Top Notch quality, Dedicated and best design in the industry!!! A
Santiago is the best in the game! Before I opened my own barbershop I was looking around for chairs and stations and he had the best products and the best prices! The owner Santiago is a man of his word and took care of everything he promised to, delivery was made on time and everything went smoothly. The products were beautiful and I’d definitely recommend to anybody who is in the process of opening up a salon or barbershop.
