Stay away from this place. Paid for a zipper repair prior to work being done. Went back with receipt and claimed it wasn’t paid for because he didn’t stamp receipt paid. If balance section doesn’t have a balance, how would this mean that I still owe you. He also appeared to scratch out payment section. Claimed his Jewish faith prevents him from being dishonest. Not worth the hassle. Too many negative reviews, I should of looked him up first.

You know what, you can't please everyone. I've been going there for the past 20 years never had an issue with the guy. Fixed a bunch of my shoes, plus my softball spikes. Had to do some modification on my spikes & it was done they way I asked him do to it. Also my dress shoes which I wear every day to work & he'll tell me if the shoes are not worth fixing...
I don’t even want to rate for one star. I came to this store just because it is close to my place. But it was one of the worst choice I made. The owner is rude and don’t know to do his work. He glued my sandals strips and when I checked it was not glued and other parts came apart. I complained but seems he doesn’t care about it Don’t go to he place don’t waste your money and energy.
My mom had brought my daughter’s shoes here to have the Velcro fixed, about a month later the Velcro wasn’t sticking anymore, my mom today had brought them back to him (owner) & he insisted this wasn’t his work & that they weren’t done here, really? I will NEVER bring anything here ever again, to deny your work because the shoe is falling apart is not a honest business owner, we are resident here in Valley Stream over 30 years & ive never seen anything like this before, I’m surprised he’s still in business! Learn how to fix a shoe right if your going to run a business like that. Don’t bring anything here, he doesn’t honor his work.
