The fact that an employee, Brian Pascual, comes on here to review with 5 stars should tell you to keep away from this company. My father has been waiting for a medical supply for three weeks, the initial delivery was dumped in front of our house when it should have been assembled upon delivery. No original packaging or instructions were in the poorly taped box which was delivered open and parts incomplete in a snow storm. Fast forward three weeks and this item is supposed to be delivered this morning. It's 6:30PM no answer at their office (was told they were there until 7:00PM). I told them I would GIVE bad reviews and here I am plus a complaint filed with our insurance company. Speak up people!!!!!
was sent an air mattress not once but twice , not wrapped thrown in a box no protective covering, motor looked used not wrapped, old manual and was told that is impossible to receive something packaged from the factory because they are a third party (no sure what that has to do with anything) they said they opened the mattress to put it together..there was nothing on this mattress to put together and no reason to open it up and do anything to it. i have no idea who or where they handled the mattress but I am not about to put my 92 year old mother on a mattress that someone handled especially not during a pandemic! if you buy something new you should get something new and so should the elderly
