Privacy is nonexistent. If I cared to remember it, I could tell you the name, birthday, address, and reason for visit of the person in the cubicle next to me. They ran the wrong test on my sample. In fact, they don't even do the test I went there for but they took a sample and sent it off anyways. When I got results, I called to tell them they ran the wrong test and it needed to be sorted out before they bill my insurance. It took about an hour of sitting on hold and getting bounced around before someone told me I needed my doctor to call them and sort it out. At the end of it all, they said they would give me a credit towards my next visit, which is useless to me since I won't be going back. Now I get to call my insurance and try to sort it out with them.

I had blood drawn for 2 tests on 9-8-2020. Prompt and excellent service worth 5 stars. On 9-9-2020, I received email that results were available. I went online and the results for one of the tests was there. I tried to call to see if the second test results were to be reported later or if the test was not performed. It is impossible to talk to a human being. When I called. computer just gives information and cut me off - worth zero stars. I hope that I don't have second lab work and to have two doctor visits because the second test wasn't done.

This is a terrible facility with incredibly rude employees. My daughter had a doctor's order, and we made an appointment for a blood draw. We arrived and they said they didn't have her order. After forcing us to make multiple calls, contact the doctor, have it re-faxed, and generally jump through hoops while waiting, they acknowledged that they did, in fact, have the original order. The staff was RUDE, dismissive, and unprofessional. Even though we had an appointment and we had to wait while they located the paperwork they had lost, my daughter was told that they \weren't going to deal with her right now\ and then made her wait while they called back several people who had arrived after we did. I will be filing a former complaint with Quest, I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this lab to anyone.

Well, I went there in the afternoon and I was told I had to be there before 2:30pm to have a drug screen, the place was empty. Went back on Saturday, after I sat there for an hour I was told they don't do drug screens on Saturday. I was directed to look at an obscure sign in the window. Looks like you might want to put that kind of info on your website, ya think?
