Let me just start off by saying, what a great guy jon is! My golf cart went in for something small and while it was there, I decided to get it lifted and everything else. Jon went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions and did an amazing job on my golf cart! I’ll definitely be returning for other golf cart services!!! Thank you to everyone at wiers!!!

In June I took my club car to this facility and explained the known issues. The batteries were new when I purchased this cart from an individual. I told them the batteries did not seem to be the problem it was something to do with the SPM controller that it needed a computer hooked up to it and reset according to the factory. I spoke to the factory myself several times and they said the controller and motor appeared to be fine but there was a wiring problem. I could not rewire so I took it to Wiers. I took this the end of June waited 3 weeks never heard from a sole. Called and left three messages no return calls. Week four John called and stated the batteries were no good. Explained to him the batteries were good and they are not the problem. He changed out the batteries anyway and then said cart still wont move forward. REALLY its been 4 weeks and I told you that when I dropped it off. This terrible service and communication went on til end of August when I spoke to Kyle and went and picked up the cart. Two months sitting there and absolutely nothing resolved. Since this was not an easy fix no one wanted to be bothered with it I guess. You couldn't tell me that a month ago you wasted the whole summer. Picked up cart what a mess batteries were not connected, did not appear to be my batteries, batteries were dry no water in them, all wiring in a plastic bag. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!
