VanDrimmelen & Associates went above and beyond my expectations. I have a complex and unique commercial real estate entity that other appraisers wouldn’t even bid. Eric was able to give me an accurate, market based value based on solid analysis and detailed research. The appraiser even included additional data that I hadn’t requested in order to give the most complete data set he possibly could. If you are looking for someone who is qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional then Van Drimmelen & Associates is the company for you. Highly recommend!

I've been using Van Drimmelen for years to do appraisal work. Some of the work I ask them to do is very complex. I trust them to always do their homework and provide good quality work. I've dealt with several of their appraisers over the years, including Eric. I trust them all but especially Eric to provide good work in a timely manner. There are few appraisers with the same ethics and moral standards as Mr. Van Drimmelen. He works harder than anyone I know. If you want a fair, quality appraisal in a timely manner, then this is the company I would go with. I can't recommend this appraisal firm enough for any valuation assignment, especially the complex ones.

Eric Van Drimmelen is a joke of an appraiser. We waited 3 months for a commercial appraisal. Eric avoided us like the plague most of the time. We left countless message, texts, voice mails to have nearly all of them ignored. Extremely Unprofessional. NEVER USE this company. Eric lied over and over again about the appraisal, countless times he would say, "It should be done by friday." "I will have it done the first of next week." This guy is a TOTAL JOKE. Run from Van Drimmelen and Associates, Run from Eric Van Drimmelen.
