Paid good money for FBI finger prints cards that were poor quality and rejected. When I went to Fred's to retake them (with a letter from the FBI as proof), I was kept waiting for about ten minutes because the shop owner was on a personal call which I did not mind and took graciously. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same grace and when I explained my situation the shop owner accused me of falsifying the letter and told he wouldn't retake them free of charge for HIS mistake. He said 4 other people had come to him with similar complaints-which, frankly, is not anyone's problem but his. To me, that is indicative that he does not know how to do his job correctly. Go elsewhere, save yourself some money and a headache.

Fred is a nice and matter of fact guy. The shop reflects back to earlier times (old ads for Fuji Film and examples of past photo sessions), but he also has the up to date stuff needed for Livescan, which is what I needed. He was friendly, efficient and (important during these times) he keeps things clean and wears mask and gloves while fingerprinting you. It's nice to have a true neighborhood spot with someone who appears to be a good neighbor.

Fred is really nice and charges reasonable fee for Live Scan. For photos I go to Costco.
