Recently Graduated from Gurnick I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here. Through out the 2 years here I was also employed full time. My Clinical coordinator Mr. Roger Gonzales was a pleasure to work with he scheduled me at a time that i was able to make it work as well as complete my clinical hours. Once I graduated my instructor Ms. Tiffani Walker out of her own time once a week tutored us until we passed the ARRT, even though we were no longer Gurnick students and had already graduated. Once I had passed the exam the program director James Murrell help with submitting application to the state and made it all real easy. Over all my experience here with the staff was great. They showed that they real care.

I just graduated from Gurnick in Los Angeles. I started my RT program at Brightwood which abruptly shut down. Luckily Mr. Murrell our program director didn't give up on us he found Gurnick in northern California who was willing to teach out the program! At no additional cost and with relative ease we completed the program we started. I'm proud to be a GAMA graduate, thank you Mr. Murrell.

I am a graduate of Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts Los Angeles campus. And I’m just so happy that my school, my lovely professors and clinical coordinators gave me all the opportunities for my professional carrier to grow. In this difficult time of COVID-19 crisis we live in, we definitely see how important it is to support our community and be there for all the people who needs us the most. I am an X-ray technician and we always try to stay all together to help our nurses and physicians that do the hardest job. Once I got my license after passing my state exam I was offered a job by 3 different clinics( school does search for you, and wants to make sure you got employed,which is amazing). I got the job right at the first interview I went. Forever grateful!

The A.O.S. in Radiologic Technology is an outstanding program from start to finish. The teachers are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The coordinators are always available to answer any questions along the way. The program director, James Murrell, will always be willing to help you as long as you want to help yourself. I highly recommend enrolling in this program if you are looking to get into the medical field and having an enjoyable time along the way.

I am more than happy to say than I have finally achieved my goal of being a Radiologic Technologist. Their program(s) are set-up in a nice, clear, and organized fashion. The instructors and staff are here to help you visualize what your hidden skills are. Huge and endless thanks to Mr. Murrell, without him I'd be a lost dog. I can not thank him enough for being such an amazing knowledgeable individual who has been one of my greatest mentors! Much love to everyone apart of the team and recommend Gurnick to anyone debating on the medical profession!!

I came to this school for the RT program, and had a great experience. Every teacher that I had took the time to go through each course thoroughly to help us understand it. Mr. Murrell was the best at giving us the tools and helping us understand how to use them. He helps you break subjects down and is excellent for clarifying the material for you.

Former student of 2019 graduated as Radiology Technologist :) I am happy that Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts allowed the students from Brightwood to finish the program where we were left off. Ms. Walker is amazing!! She has extensive knowledge in the field, gives you ample time to prepare for tests, and give quick responses to grades. Mr. Murrell, the program director is very kind and willing to help you if you have any questions. He really cares for your overall education and want you to succeed. The material is challenging, but it definitely prepares you for what's to come in the exam. I would definitely recommend this school if you’re looking for Radiology program. Thank you Gurnick for allowing me to be your student!

I am glad Gurnick Academy accepted us. No other school would allow students from Brightwood College to finish our program without repeating multiple courses at thousands of dollars. We were allowed to finish our program where we left off at Gurnick Academy, which is wonderful. They match the exact same tuition that the former school charged. They allowed us to continue at our same clinical site too which was unexpected. Each school has its own policies and rules, so I expected that and didn't complain about the uniforms, the shoes, or the time the classes are offered. They are allowing us to continue our careers as we had planned for no additional cost. This is the first time that Gurnick Academy has taken in students from a failed school, and while the transition wasn't always smooth, it was done and I'm back on track. Thanks to Gurnick Academy Of Medical I still have the opportunity to complete my career. I am appreciative.
