I was looking for the Trek slip on. They werent available because they were sold out. The staff was amazing they did everything they could so I can get it weather it was online another store but they tried all options just to see me as the customer happy. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that also they were so helpful and friendly. That is what customer service is about. I went to Newbury location and they didnt care it was like whatever too bad but Cambridgeside mall employees were outstanding taking their time. It amazes me how one location to another can be a different experience.
