Terrible customer service!!! We called to place a take out order for 2 margarita pizza kits. When we went to pick it up i was handed two MADE margarita pizzas and was expected to pay 60. When i asked to speak with the person who took the order he very much acknowledged that i asked for take home KITS but also said they don’t do that. Why was that not mentioned when i placed the order? Instead of letting us have the 2 pizzas that they made incorrectly, we were told to leave empty handed. One would think during times like these, that restaurants would not want a customer leaving disappointed. Unfortunately i cannot recommend South End, unless you don’t care how their management treats customers.

Love the ambiance. Understated and cozy, just off the main part of Abbot Kinney. The main entrance is actually on the other side in a strip mall type thing. We made a reservation online and they were running a bit behind so they brought out some wine. What an excellent way to pass by time. Loved this touch. More wine was offered as we sat. Our server was fantastic, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He brought out four wines for us to try before we ultimately settled on one. Pizzas were pretty good. I’d probably give it a 4/5 because the crust didn’t live up to the chewy preferences that I have. The mushroom was probably my fave, district 12 was pretty good (had this one on gluten free crust - 4 extra), and High something was also quite tasty. Great food, great service, great times.
I showed up with no reservation and they still found a table for me and my Party. The service was spectacular and everyone was very kind and helpful. The pizza was as great as the service. The dough was crisp and the toppings had so much flavor. I enjoyed every bite. @raulvsfood
THE best pizza in Ca. Hands down for sure. Great service and worth the wait. Reasonable prices and the perfect level of casual/nice makes it a great everyday destination.
Service was a little fast, but it was overall a wonderful experience. aesthetic experience!
