Just completed their newest room, Vault 805, and it was a blast!! From the story to the audio effects, music, props and puzzles, it was a truly a fun and immersive experience. We really appreciated the attention to detail. This was only my second escape room experience (the other was a highly rated one in Los Angeles) and this one was by far my favorite. Would highly recommend for any group of 2-6 people!!

Fantastic customer service with amazing room. They currently have only one room, but another is slated for around May. The room has good puzzles; they mentioned the first 3/4 of the room is non-linear and then the rest is linear, which is great so large groups don't have to wait for a puzzle to be solved. We missed beating the current record by about a minute with our group of 5. I think there was only one puzzle that our group struggled with. It's a huge place with huge potential.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going here with my coworkers and as the game progressed I was more and more impressed with the thought that went into the game. It was so much fun and everyone loved it. I cannot wait to go back with my family and try this again.

My family and I were able to arrange a last minute reservation for the Runic Ritual during the holiday season. Staff was very polite, helpful, and organized, especially considering it was the holidays! Upon stepping into the room I felt immediately immersed (and a little spooked - in a good way!). It was well-decorated, and had a good mix of puzzles of varying complexity. We were a group of 5 and there were many tasks happening simultaneously which was perfect, as no one in our group felt like bystanders. I have done a couple escape rooms in the greater LA area, mostly as corporate/work events, and this was one of the more memorable experiences. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I will definitely be back to try their other rooms.

My family and I tried the Christmas at the Manor. The puzzles were really fun and challenging and the setting felt right in with the season. The staff was very friendly and nice. Would really recommend to anyone!
