For the past 4 months, I have been having problems with Apple iPhone, Verizon mobile iphone. I have been to Verizon stores in Florence, SC, Lexington, SC (near Walmart), Verizon and Apple online customer services and the Verizon TCC Store 4643, Hendrix Shopping Center, Lexington, SC and Madison, WI Verizon store, in addition to Best Buy in each of the locations. I never received the customer service I needed. Verizon would say it was an apple problem, Apple would say it was a Verizon problem. Best Busy only aggravated the situation further. I finally threw my iPhone 8 away as I was not getting good customer service anywhere. I bought a new iphone 10 XR using Verizon account. Yesterday, February 3rd, I had reason to visit the Verizon TCC Store 4643 in Hendrix Crossing, Lexington, SC, and I met Verizon Representative Timothy. My lucky day. Timothy was very knowledgeable, skilled and had great technical abilities. He demonstrated various ways to do things on the XR. He was very professional and technically superior than any representatives I had used in other Verizon stores. Prior to this visit, I had a negative opinion of Verizon, its employees, Apple and its employees, as well as Geek Squad Manager in Best Buy in Lexington. The only thing important to them was selling an Apple 12 to me. If I can't make an iphone 8 work properly, why would they ever try to sell me an iphone that was so much more complicated? Back to Timothy. He reconfigured by iphone XR, demonstrated several options for me and reconfigured the link between my iphone XR and vehicle. Needless to say, Timothy changed my negative opinion to a positive opinion. He is highly commended for his outstanding customer service and technical abilities.

Visited store at Hendrix Crossing today to upgrade my IPhone 6. Ms. Dee was friendly, very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe in her store. She took a lot of time with us and gave us helpful information so we could upgrade to a IPhone 11. She should get a 12 on a scale of 1-10.

Had problems with my bill. Called cust service several times, couldnt get my bill straightened out. Went to talk to somebody in person, she calls cust service and hands me the phone. Completely useless.

What amazing customer service I received at this location by Dee she went above and beyond to deliver great service. I wish all employees who deal with customers would have her personality and knowledge. If I could give 10 stars I would.
