Super unhappy with this GoWireless location. Bought a 43 glass screen protector here two weeks ago to the day. It’s been through normal everyday use, no falls or impacts, just from my nightstand to my pocket and back each night. Yet the screen is chipping all along the edges. GoWireless’ receipt states all screen protector sales are final unless defective; to me, falling apart two weeks in from normal use is a defect. Albert told me that because I didn’t pay an extra 20 for their replacement plan there was nothing they could do to help me. Save yourself the heartache and walk 100 feet to Walmart to buy your phone’s accessories, where they’ll refund or exchange defective products hassle free.

Great customer service! I dropped my phone and it slightly broke. I called to discuss my options to fix or upgrade my phone without spending a fortune. I spoke to the manager and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this location!

Verizon has the absolute worst customer service of any business that I've ever dealt with. I've tried to port my business number to my personal account since retiring 2 weeks ago. I've dealt with 2 separate stores, and someone from their Assumption of Liability department. The representative in the latter assured me that my phone number would be switched within 24 hours. No success. I've waited for 2 weeks. My number has not shown up in my personal account. The local Verizon office tried unsuccessfully to assist me (said that he even called someone 3 pay grades above him to check things out) but eventually he referred me to the Verizon 611 number..... Customer service never picked up in the one hour plus that I waited. During that time-frame,I also tried to do a live chat about 10 to 15 times. No person ever answered any of my requests for a chat. It was all about trying to surf the phone tree labyrinth that they have set up. I hung up and called back again. This time I left my number asking that a representative call me back. I was shocked when someone actually did call. The rep tried to help me... then told me that he needed to check on something, took some info from me, and put me on hold. Twenty minutes later, a woman picked up and asked if she could help me... like we were starting all over again. I told her who I had been working with. She didn't try to connect me. She told me that she would call the Business/ Corporate office instead, and she put me back on hold. No one ever came back on the line. Ihung up. All staff personnel have been personable, but either they truly can't help me, or are incompetent in trying to do so. What a frustrating, miserable, disappointing experience this has been.
