Typically my husband and my son remove the snow when it falls. However, Central Ohio has been hit with quite a bit lately; and both my young men were out of town. I could not get my car out of the garage. Vernon Dell Tractor to the rescue. Not only did they give me an excellent price on my new, super easy to use Toro snow blower, but they gave a personal tutorial on how to use it, AND delivered to me within a few hours.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I purchased a new zero turn mower and it was delivered at no cost by the end of the day.
Scott went above and beyond in taking care of my snowblower. It ran out of oil and I didn't check it and the engine seized up. I hadn't had the snowblower that long and the first company I took it to would even touch it. They told me I needed to buy a new one. But Scott took it apart and called the manufacturer and was able to get the manufacturer to do a warranty repair on my snowblower. I'll be doing all my business here from now on.
