So this post has nothing to do with a pool but recently while heading to work on RT 83 in Vernon my vehicle (only 2 years old) broke down on my way there. For those of you who aren't familiar with route 83 in Vernon, it is not a good place to break down especially at 6:45am! Within seconds, a Juliano's truck pulled behind me with hazard lights on. The gentleman kindly asked me if I was okay and asked if he could push my vehicle into the Pancho Loco parking lot so I was off this busy main road. I eagerly accepted his offer and was very grateful that he even stopped to make sure I was okay. I'm not quite sure how he did it but he pushed me and my vehicle into the parking lot like I was a matchbox car. Safe at last is how I immediately felt!! I offered the gentleman money but he declined and simply told me to pass it forward. The license plate on his truck said Mr Pool so I am suspecting it was the owner but I can't be certain. Keep the faith everyone!! There are still some good people in this crazy world we live it! Thank you so much again!
The process from beginning to end was near flawless- and given Covid and the effects that had on Steel and liner production, state and federal regulations and the safety of Julianos employees it makes it that much more remarkable. They provide terrific design considering your expectations and budget, and top notch communication throughout the entire process. Professional crews and Brian's leadership throughout made it much less stressful. Our above ground pool was removed and our \backyard oasis\ was completed on schedule with Brian going above and beyond a few times to ensure our family was swimming and happy as soon as possible.
We contracted with Juliano’s for a new pool install in April. From the initial call to request a quote to the final raking of topsoil we were very happy with our decision to partner with Juliano’s. You will be well informed of all aspects of your project and areas where additional cost may be incurred from the outset. There were no negative surprises for us on the cost front. The pool build itself is world class and validates Juliano’s reputation. There are no shortcuts taken. You will see that things are being done to a higher standard. The Juliano’s standard is very high. Every crew and crew member works to this standard and it shows in the final product. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Juliano’s team. They care greatly about their work, their reputation, and their customers. We had very high expectations and they were far exceeded. It is remarkable that they were able to maintain this standard during COVID. There were never any excuses, just a relentless focus on getting the job done correctly in spite of all the challenges COVID presented. We highly recommend Juliano’s.
