I have been a longtime patient of a well know doctor in town, and I swore I would never let anyone else inject me. I tried Dr. Billano a couple weeks ago. She administered Botox for me. She is hands down the best I’ve been to. Also, she didn’t try to oversell me on services or procedures she didn’t feel I needed at this time. I trust her direction and intentions. The staff is very welcoming and polite. I will definitely use and recommend Heights Derm for any future needs!

They told me 2 days ago that they would be open at 8:00 for curbside pickup. When I arrived at 8:00 this morning and called their number, the voice message said they open at 8:30. I waited as long as possible but had to leave to avoid being late for work. This is the second time this has happened in the past few months. The first time it happened, I even knocked on the door when I saw people inside after 8:00, but I was ignored and left without seeing or speaking to anyone. They need to stop telling people they open at 8:00 when they don't even answer the phone until 8:30.
