The “new” Staff they hired here lately is trash! Not a good shopping experience. All the women there today were chewing gum so gross we left the store.
My wife loves this store and we are in here often. A few sales associates will go over and beyond to help you, even that random guy looking for a present for his lady. Great staff!
When you do a return at the store usually you are met with signs and rolling eyes but not here. Krista (Christa?) and Erica helped me for 45 minutes with multiple, complicated returns/exchanges and they did it with smiles and amazing personalities. Both of them were so sweet! Best Victoria's Secret sales associates! Favorite store in the Cleveland area!
