I'm really surprised about all the bad reviews from months back...wondering if they changed management? Overall I had a really good experience, the staff was super helpful and I thought the facilities were really nice (especially felt like the rooms were really clean). Of course it's expensive because most insurances don't see sleep disorders as a big deal, but the staff was really sympathetic and recommended trying to set up payment plans. Would recommend to others.

It was necessary to find out why I hadn't slept for a long time since I had an issue with getting sleeping while driving. I was tested 3 times was able to be fitted with the correct equipment to help my problem. Dr. Hoffman was very good and explained things to me so I could understand them. When I arrived at the \study\ location, I was greeted by the very friendly staff who explained what the study was about, and then set up for the test. On the third night, all of the \events\ that were keeping me awake were found, and I was told I would be fitted with the right equipment. I have an appointment for the equipment supplier to visit me this Thursday to explain and set me up for using the equipment to end my problem. I must give a heart-felt commendation to the staff, especially Rebekkah, and Helena who were very kind and explained all the important parts of the test. I was soo pleasure to see again our kind Tech : Helena during my second visit to the American Sleep Center (Vienna) .Helena is one of the most kind staff I meet.Very caring person with patience and professional skills with a great experiences with patients with sleeping issues, she makes you feel you are not just another number in the list ,and I believe that all patients are looking for. Thanks again Helena and Big Thanks to Doctor Hoffman for his professionalism and his highly recommended staff members very efficient,accommodating and responsive . #The most thing I love in this Center is the Private Bathroom in my Room . Thanks for making my experience painless and easy. I highly recommend American Sleep Center (Vienna) for my friends or anyone with Sleep issues or disorders.
Had 2 very positive sleep studies done here to my mother. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Specifically Helena, she was very sweet and nice and really cared for my mother. Also helped she was bilingual, made the experience a lot more comfortable.
I have had a good experience at American Sleep Medicine. The doctor I saw foe my Telehealth consultation(Dr. Adawi), saw me 30 minutes early for my appointment and had a really friendly, lighthearted bedside manner, which I appreciated. The sleep technicians who took care of me and monitored my sleep during my two sleep studies (Vibol (“V”) and Fanis) were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Rebecca helped me with trying on different masks, and was able to respond to several other requests I had during that same visit; she also seamlessly accommodated my early arrival for that appointment so I did not have to wait long. The facilities were clean and relatively comfortable. It was never going to be like sleeping in my own bed, but it was as comfortable as they could make it. I would recommend this sleep center to others who need their sleep evaluated.
