Absolutely life changing for me! After years of no eyebrows or eyelashes and needing to draw them on myself every day I finally decided to give this place a try and I'm so SO glad I did. The work is gorgeous and I have my confidence back. I had my eyebrows done first and they are nothing short of perfect. I pull mine out so l had no natural brow left and was astonished by how natural they looked. I actually cried of joy! ️ I also had my eyeliner done and went with a soft every day look and love it so much!!!!! I was able to give my opinion and see a general design each time before starting which was also nice. Highly highly recommend. As I said, life changing. I can swim/sweat/play with my kids and not worry about smearing my makeup. Get up and go

I had corrective work done on my eyebrows. Paola is a perfectionist I have seen her for a couple of years now to continue correcting the previous shape, scaring and color fading. The studio is very comforting and everyone there is welcoming. I had eyebrows and lips done here, I have been to other permanent makeup providers and Paola does absolutely the most beautiful work. I feel confident and trust the integrity of this business they are wonderful

When my wife said she was going to DC to get her face tattooed, I thought she was crazy. We even had an argument about it. When she came back het brows, eyes and lips were swollen and very bright/dark colors. I was mad. 2 months later, I can see why she wanted to get it done! Everything looks natural very natural now. Wife looks years younger, I can tell she feels confident and and doesn't takes hours to get ready anymore!! We can finally arrive on time to places. Even the cleaning lady is happy because there is no more makeup on the floor. I think the name of the artist is Paula. Thanks Paula for a great work! My wife and I are very happy!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Synergy. My mother and aunt started going years ago and convinced me. Two years ago I got my eyebrows and eyeliner microbladed. I failed to return for the eyebrow touch up after the month cause they looked so good! Fast forward 2 years and I decided I wanted my lips done. They were gorgeous! During that visit, I got a free consultation and we decided to do the retouch of my lips and eyebrows. I'm glad I did cause my lip color is more vibrant and Paola was able to get my eyebrows on fleek. Thats what my teen daughter told me. The best thing about microblading is that as your face changes and styles change and you can go back and have it retouched to fit how your face grows with age. In the past 2 years I have spent less money on makeup and saved a lot of time in the mornings. We live in Richmond and I don't mind traveling to DC to get the best! Also, its a lot cheaper than all the places here by more than half and they even offer payment plans. Its more expensive to get your nails done every 2 weeks than to get these procedures that last longer. But the best part is the confidence you have knowing you look great! Since the owner also teaches she explains everything as she does it and makes sure all of your lines and face are cymetric. She also works with all ages and skin types. My mother is 66 and im in my 40s but I now look 30! I also am very sensitive and they make sure you are comfortable and have enough numbing to make the process easier. Eyebrows and liner are pain less.Right now is the best time to get your eyes done since we are all wearing masks!
