I LOVE this place! They have such good advice and when I took my machine here to be serviced because the stitch alignment was off because I used the machine daily at the time... It was under warranty still and I got the machine back after just 5 days and it was totally free and easy and I have not had a problem since. That is GREAT service for a sewing machine repair place, wonderful time frame to get it back in! (Another sewing gallery for a different brand I have took 3 weeks and still was not fixed when I got it back after an almost 200 bill-my husband had to fix it). The ladies are amazing to work with here! They always answer questions politely, no matter how many I ask :) Always helpful. They have an awesome selection of machines and accessories. I love love love my titanium Inspira embroidery needles and my Inspira scissors, I have almost every style of scissors they sell! They have great sales often and always let you try out any machines you want.
