I have had a horrible experience and I am in desperate need of assistance. I was originally a displaced bride from Noah’s and upon the closing had to select a venue quickly. I selected this venue and paid in full. My originally date was 05/31/2020. Upon the pandemic becoming a serious concern, Billie was very reluctant to move the date and stated we would have to wait until 30 days prior and would only be able to move the date of the ceremony if it was state mandated. I was very unhappy as this gave little to no time for any of my vendors to have notice. I then rescheduled (at an added fee) to 02/14/2021. We are getting very close to the date and I have not heard from her since rescheduling despite my efforts. My husbands family will all need to travel in from New York and California and I do not see any possible way we will be able to safely have a wedding in February. I have tried contacting with these concerns and have not received any information. Disappointed is a huge understatement.

My fiance & I booked our wedding here for June 2021. Unfortunately, I have not heard from the owner in months & with the stability of their business in question (see reviews below), we decided not to use this venue for our wedding. This required us to post pone our wedding in order to find another venue to accommodate us. I tried to reach out to the owner by calling and emailing to allow them to explain what their situation was, however, they couldn't even find the time to do that. Incredibly disappointed with how things turned out.
The unprofessionalism displayed by Billie is unreal. I wrote a long review months ago about how she was avoiding us and not returning calls. I also submitted claims to the BBB and Attorney General. I finally was able to get in touch with Billie and she told me we would work this out. We came to a solution and agreement. I told her i was removing the bad reviews from all platforms and come to find out. it has not been over a month since we were told she was mailing us a check. Once again the lack of professionalism and follow up is unreal. You couldn't pay me to have a free wedding at this location. I am beyond upset and will be showing up to the facility unexpected and unannounced to confront her since she will not answer the phone
We've had the honor of executing several Weddings at this location over the last couple of years and have enjoyed working with Billie & her team! The multiple spaces allow you to host any type of event at this Venue! Looking forward to working here again and again!
