I really liked this gym! It was nice to walk in and feel confident and comfortable. Two things I did not like are there is no scale in the women's bathroom and you could break your ankle walking through the parking lot. Be careful of you are trying to strut yourself.

Omg!! Today I realized all planet fitness are not created equally. This location is so big and well spaced out. A lot better machines and stuff I have never seen in any of the city locations. The bathrooms were even different so that's why I took so many pictures lol. I love it. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I'm on loveeee. I hope the city locations will upgrade to some of the equipment that is in this location. Thank goodness for a black card.
I love the layout and amount of equipment at this location. Really enjoyed the freedom of working out early in the morning to beat the crowd. However, there’s been several times that there wasn’t anyone there to open the doors for myself and several other members during the summer months. We waited a good 40 minutes or more before leaving. More recently, I’ve had to take a cold shower and leave out and head to work in the cold winter weather because the shower never got hot. So I can no longer workout, shower and get to work by 5am, because there is no hot water. Now I have to get up even earlier to get to the gym and work out from 3-4am, burn more gas to head back home, get showered and dressed and head back that way to work. Not to mention, I haven’t seen an employee once in the past few weeks that I’ve returned to working out before work in the morning. Definitely looking into getting more equipment at home so that I can cancel my membership.
I sent by US mail a letter asking for my Membership to be canceled in Mid December. I keep getting charged. I tried called the phone number for this location and I get a message that the Google subscriber is not available. I was not able to cancel over the phone OR via email. A response would be greatly appreciated.
This is a very nice club. It's very clean throughout. It's actually much bigger inside than it looks like outside. The membership price points are very reasonable.
