I have only been here a couple of months and I love living here! The grounds are very well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is so quiet. The neighbors are considerate of each other and friendly. The amenities are conveniently laid out and there is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. I was hesitant about moving here because I have heard/read some bad things, but found none of it to be true, in fact complete opposite. The apartment is a good size, large bedrooms, plenty of storage, well maintained. My kitchen is small but I opted for that in place of having a balcony, which I love! It’s larger than the typical balcony, enough room for a table with four chairs and some other items. It’s so nice to have that outdoor “addition”. Also when I moved in the apartment was VERY clean. I don’t know if part of that was because of covid or not, but either way I was pleasantly surprised! They even left a little “welcome home” gift in the apartment when I moved in, what a nice touch! I would highly recommend living here for anyone looking for a rental. Also a very convenient location, can even walk basically across the street to a plaza with restaurants, shops, and services.

We lived here and sued for damages caused by faulty repairs (and won). We had mold in the bathroom, the ceiling had a leak, and the dishwasher broke and flooded our apartment, causing damage to our furniture. Management was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly made mistakes processing our rent and would send notices saying we didn’t pay when we did. This was the very worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and the very worst management company. Do yourself a favor and live ANYWHERE else.
