I agree the customer service is horrible. Everyone has the same complaint about the lady who works in the office. She is rude, smart mouthed and just plain disrespectful. I guess she has never been educated in professionalism. Very classless individuals working here.

All of the bad reviews on here are ridiculous. If you think your bill is too high, go out and read your meter. If it is less than the reading on your bill then it was misread. Call and let them know so it can be corrected. Water quality is monitored by the State. Chemicals are required to be added. Customers who don’t pay their bills and are disconnected never want to take responsibility-it is always someone else’s fault. Try working for a utility company and dealing with all the rude customers. Try changing your delivery when you call them, it makes a difference!

Water and sewage is always around 50 this month it’s 215 and for what? There have been no changes at all in our use of water!! Ridiculous!!

They over charge and never read your meter. You get charge for 3000 gals one month then the next the charge you for 7500 gals. And the women who answers the phone is probably the rudest human on this earth.

So village water was terrible at first.. somewhere down the line they started actually reading the meters.. I called them to have the water turned on for a home inspection and to my surprise they obliged! So positive shout out to village water! Thanks for helping me out!
