Work orders and general requests are handled timely. I've lived here for 4 years and the maintenance team and office staff have been helpful and supportive in addressing concerns or issues i've had. Location is great and price is reasonable for what you get! Its a quiet, nice property. I wish the gym was a little more expansive and newer, all in all its a comfortable place to live! Beautiful views.Love to see deer around the property.

I have lived here for about 2.5 years. I have never had any major issues, other than a couple of minor maintenance issues that are to be expected at any other apartment. All the maintenance requests have been resolved in a timely manner. I love living around all the greenery, open landscapes, and a safe community with friendly neighbors. Apartments are spacious and appliances are nice and modern. Being so close to the greenbelt, a few bugs are to be expected, but on the plus side you can wake up to see deer a few yards from your window. Also, I don't have a printer at home, so I often go to the clubhouse to print a few things which is great and never busy. My experience with the front office staff has always been positive; they are professional and helpful with questions/concerns, and prompt with emails and phone calls. I would keep leasing here, but will be moving in with my fiance after I get married.

Just moved in - apartment is nice but the parking is a free for all. When we got here they practically tossed us the keys with no info , no folder , told us our own washer and dryer was needed so purchased our own. Moved in to find they had some here so now I have 1400 set sitting here with no answer from them on their plan to fix their mistake. No sheet was given to mark down prior issues with apartment for security deposit concerns when it’s the end of my lease. Overall poor experience and lack of communication. Feeling like an after thought when I just moved in.. told us they’d get back to us ASAP to help with our concerns and it’s been over 24 hours later with no phone call

I've lived here a full year now and would stay here forever if I were not moving out of town. This has been my favorite place to live in Austin - and I've lived all over this city. The staff really cares to get to know you and treat you like neighbors (they live here too!) Maintenance is always fast and super friendly. Every little thing is taken care of here, including some of the most beautiful landscaping I've ever seen at an apartment complex! The property is beautiful, the units are well kept, and the price is the best for the value. It's mostly nice families and young professionals who have all been quiet and friendly - no parties, no drama, like a sweet compact suburban neighborhood. There are nature trails behind the property with gorgeous deer, foxes, and wildflowers! This place honestly has it all!

I have lived here a couple of years and sadly I will not be renewing because I really like the complex and location. However, in building 4 they have had sand bags for a year and a half. They were used after a bad flood. I understand why they were put there, but it hasn't flooded since and they need to be removed. It is very unsightly, plus the perfect hiding place for bugs and snakes as it is on a greenbelt.
