Got a new oil heater installed in 2013 which took a significant amount of time because it consistently failed inspections. A year and a half later after having the heater run for only one season, it's not working. Contacted the company over two weeks ago multiple times to have someone come out to look at it, they were busy. After calling for the fourth time, I was advised that the heater is under warranty but the labor isn't and that we should seek a different company, since they are very busy right now.
SMS did a great job on our oil to gas conversion. They were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner and the quality of work was great. Will be recommending.
SMS completed our gas conversion recently. They did everything they said they would do. which is rare these days, and the new system works great. The conversion lowered our fuel and electric bills considerably. I would recommend SMS to anyone looking for any HVAC work. 5 Stars.
WOW!!!!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN IT COMES TO AM HVAC TECHNICIAN!!!!!! WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! Jason Sarli was able to troubleshoot a problem in 3 minutes, whereas 6 different techs could not pinpoint the issue. As of that was not impressive enough, Jason went to bat for me with the manufacturer of a part I purchased. The part was faulty and I was getting the run around in the worst way. Jason responded to my home, made contact with the manufacturer, and proceeded to tear them a new ass%le!!!! This was only.after they tried to stiff me on the part. I love the fact that this guy is sharp, extremely fair priced, and will go to battle for his customer..JUST HIRE SMS.....DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THE COUNTLESS HACKS!!!
