In the early 70s my Dad bought a used Fender Stratocaster and painted it to play in his band. My Dad Died in 1981 and his guitar sat under my bed for 30 plus years unplayable. I took it to Mark and it was a big process but he completely restored it. While doing so he found in the body of the guitar carved into the wood the person who made the body Annie 1955. It is now a Beautiful playable guitar that is a treasure for me and my family. This man cares about every project he puts his name on.
Mark Vinciguerra's Custom Shop is Wonderful! Mark has a great personality, is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. As well as a good listener. I have had several instruments repaired by them. All have turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I definitely and highly recommend VCS.
My VCS Crossroads is my favorite of all my guitars. Excellent craftmanship and materials. Mark stayed in touch with me throughout the entire build to ensure I was truly getting what I wanted and allowed me to be part of the creative process in making this a one of a kind instrument.
