The people running this place are great! They were very friendly and gave us some good pointers on things to see and where to eat. They had kids helping out with the shop and that was good to see. We rented mopeds for the day and we had an absolute blast! The prices weren't bad! Thank you!

SO much fun!!! We decided to rent mopeds last minute on our weekend trip to MV a few weeks ago. Ben and the others who worked at Adventure Rentals were super friendly and gave us a refresher on the scooters. Also gave us a WAY better rental rate than others on the island. Would 100% recommend!! :)
Super easy, walking distance from the ferry in Vineyard Haven. Called the day before to reserve 3 mopeds, next morning picking up was smooth and fast. There's a quick safety video and the staff did a great job going over operating the mopeds, and even let us pick the colors we wanted. We got one with the trunk which came in handy storing our bags, and while at the beach we could lock our helmets in there and under the seat so we could focus on the beauty of the island. Made it all the way to aquinnah cliffs and menemsha, ride was a blast and always felt safe. Fair prices and no games, will rent again here on a future trip, thanks guys!
Adventure Rentals is the bomb! Ben and Ben made signing in and the safety/operating check painless and fun. The scooters were almost brand new and operated flawlessly. Great day exploring the island. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend Adventure Rentals.
I did not have any experience riding a moped or a motorcycle, and I wanted to have my fiance on the back seat at the first try The gentleman over there (Ben) who is in the picture below, gave me a very helpful beginner lesson. He is a very patient teacher. He let me to try the moped on a shorter path for a few times before I signed the rental agreement so I could see for myself if I was comfortable driving it. Long story short, we ended up exploring the island for 4 hours and we really enjoyed it! Just in case you are reading this, thanks again Ben!
