I bought a Vintage Vibe Electric Piano and could not be happier! This was my first experience dealing directly with the company and was so impressed, I think I'll be a customer for a long time to come. One of the few companies around that CLEARLY place customer satisfaction above all else. If only every business operated with a similar ethos, I think the world would be a much better place. Even though we only communicated via email, the responses were prompt and thorough. Every question I had was answered to satisfaction. Even though the piano I bought was second hand, it was worked on and tightened up before shipping to Australia (where I live). The action feels brand new - and I mean brand spanking new - bushings, dampers, hammer tips, voicing; everything feels perfect and sounds wonderfully balanced. Even the tines respond with the same balance of overtones across the board. I find it difficult to imagine that even Rhodes pianos came out this good from the factory. If you love a Rhodes, you will LOVE one of these machines. They are hand-built, lightweight, gorgeous to play and just as nice to look at. And at the end of the day, life is too short. Get one!
