That little index card that Gramma wrote that recipe down with her own writing tucked away in a box that the family craves and is the go-to at the church picnic go ahead and do your self a flavor favor and tear it up. I've always heard my whole life that there is always room for improvement...found out today that is a lie. Took 35 and one half years but today my friend I found mac and cheese nirvana. Hands down the best I've ever had, no disrespect to anyone grandmamas but against Virgil's your grandmamas feelings are going to be hurt.
Best soul food around!!! I absolutely Love everything that I have tried from their menu which is extensive! The cabbage, collards, candied yams, stuffed crab, stew beef with rice and gravy just melts in your mouth! A little pricey but worth it! I would have added a picture but it didn't last long enough! Lol
Runs out of key menu items regularly & does not advertise these shortages or tell drive-thru customers waiting (15min ) to order with no regrets! When you they put you on hold while attending to orders because you can hear them & my experience was for 5min then I hung up! Also, I could hear they sassy attitudes about their close 40 min prior & we don't have this or that!!
Called to place a pickup order. It literally took almost 20 mins for that to happen. Restaurant needs someone strictly for call in orders. Food was great!!!
