We've recently signed a lease through Bay Point and it has been like pulling teeth to try to get anything done around the place. When we first moved in, Mark from Bay Point did a walk-through of the place and made a list of all the things that needed to be fixed. I even did a walk-through and made a list because he asked me to. Supposably these repairs were supposed to be contracted out to a handyman that they use but it's been a month-and-a-half now and there hasn't been a single attempt to reach out to us about getting these repairs done. Absolutely horrible communication and care how about their tenants. There's a deck on the back patio that has a board missing where my three year old can step right through and there's an old shed in the backyard that is literally infested with rats. You can smell the urine and feces before you even open the doors. And then when you open the door as you see feces all over the place. I have called and called and called and emailed and emailed. We regret moving into this home now. Another interesting fact is when we talked to the neighbors, they told us that this has been happening for years. Whenever any repairs need to be done to the house the homeowners association has to literally fine him to get him to do anything.

This realty company is HORRIBLE! I can't believe I dealt with them for over a year! Kathy was incredibly unorganized and I went without power in my downstairs for over a month because she simply "forgot" to put in a work order. Mark also showed up at my place without any "verbal communication" to do an early inspection while I was in the shower. I was assured there would be NO bugs at my rental property and for over two months I had giant waterbugs/roaches. I paid for the problem to be fixed out of my own pocket. The property I lived in was beautiful but from a renters perspective I could tell they definitely did not care about keeping up proper maintenance. If I was an owner this would be the last place I wanted to manage something I actually own. There is a REASON they have nothing but bad reviews! TRUST ME!
Great company to rent from. Every time we have any issue with the house it is fixed fast! We like the company so much we are using them to help us find a house to buy now!

If I could give no stars I would. We rented from this company and it was the worst experience ever and anything that could go wrong did. We had Every issue from bug problems that we came into to not heat or AC to a leaking roof and arching in the walls. When we signed the lease we asked for the carpet to be replaced and the dish washer as well as the ceiling to be fixed where there was water damage. The dishwasher was replaced on our move out, there was still a severe bug problem that was found when they replaced the carpets that we fought our entire lease. We reported the arching on the move in checklist and it still wasn't fixed on move out and the reason other things were fixed were after we finally spoke directly to the owner and she realized all of these issues and was working directly with us. We had no heat for 12 days this winter during the coldest tine and it wasn't until the 10th day that they offered any help with space heaters. Then when someone did come by they found a gas leak that had been ongoing for almost a year since someone went in the attic (luckily there was a bad roof leak). Anytime we called they never answered and demanded emails before they would do anything and then claim they never got the email. BEWARE: If you rent from them don't sign anything until you get direct contact info with the property owne and make sure the owner is willing to work with you otherwise expect nothing from them!!!
I rented from this property management company for a year and they are HORRIBLE! When I first moved into the house, there was black mold all over the stove roof vent and the dishwasher was falling apart. They sent some jerk over to work on things and he tried to tell me that it was just mildew on the vent. It's ALL fungus and unhealthy and it was impossible to remove, yet they never replaced the vent while I lived there. There were animals in the attic that ran around and chirped all night and mice everywhere from the time I moved in which I reported in vain and had to hunt down and get rid of myself. They finally sent pest control out about 2 months before I moved out. Two different toilets in the house leaked while I was there and I ended up fixing them both myself because after months of waiting for them to send someone, I got tired of paying the extra water bill. I had to clean 3 inches of crud out of the gutters that had been building up for years because water was shooting over the top of them. They told me that was my responsibility! I had to get the property owner out to the house just to get the hedges trimmed. Then, after I moved out, they took 100 out of my deposit to pay for lawn care 16 days after my lease was up. ??? The grass was cut appropriately when I moved out. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. If you are considering using them as your property manager, look elsewhere, they will take a percentage and do NOTHING for your renters.
