Very surprised and disappointed that when observing a class outside, that social distancing was not being observed, and some students were not wearing masks. I was under the impression that ALL schools were to observe the Governor's mandate, including private schools.

Walked by there yesterday, when the children were being picked up. One of the teachers was outside helping the children to the cars....she did not have on a mask. She had a plastic shield, but nothing covering her nose and mouth.
My neighbor's children attend, and we were considering, then we were shocked to see on their Facebook a complete disregard for Mask wearing and social distancing. Shocked that there is such disregard for the effect this can have on the community at large.
One of the reviews for this school isn't even related to the school and gave it a one star, causing the overall score to be lower then it should be. You don't have to take my word for it but if you're the type of person who wants a Christian environment with a multitude of kind student leaders then this is a great school to take a look at. I've been here since 4th, going into 10th, and the teachers never gave up on me even in my troublesome years. Great honest school, with very efficient teachers. You can leave as early as 12:45 even in the High School years and the only honest downside is class variety is a bit limited, but that's expected from a private school. Even in Covid-19 times they are still on top of the game keeping the safety of students in check and it's been great seeing their diligence of keeping that top priority. Looking forward to the rest of my years I will be spending with Oaktree!
Excellent. This is my daughter's first year at Oaktree and she loves it. As a parent, I am very pleased with the school. The teachers and administrators have great personalities and are dedicated to the student's success. The tuition is affordable and the staff turn-over is very low compared to what I have seen at other private Christian schools in the area. I highly recommend this school to other families.
