I went in on a Friday and was in and out within at hour. That is really incredible, considering what I was asking for wasn't exactly simple. Everyone here was very professional and pleasant. They were following COVID protocols as well. I was pleased with my entire visit to this office.

I have had 2 visits here ... and the customer service is great! They are always very nice , fast, and efficient . This cannot be an easy job , dealing with such important and VITAL information that people need quickly. I recommend this office! The cleaning lady though ...she needs to not vacuum while people are waiting in the office especially when the vacuum filter needs to be changed!!!! Good Lord ...the smell!

I came in from out of town to get my children’s birth certificates, it was wonderful to have such a smooth process. Mildred Pleasants was the person who helped me and eventhough she had on a mask, I could tell she was smiling. Oh and her eye-shadow was pretty.
