Loved going to Volvo of Charlotte! We were lucky enough to work with John Vena. He was patient, answered all our questions, and was not overly “sales-y”. When I decided the Volvo XC90 was the one for me he searched and found the exact version I was looking for. We worked with Greg for the financing part and he was efficient and kept us entertained. I am elated with the service I received at Volvo Charlotte! Everyone was courteous and professional. Sam, the salesperson while assisted me was great. Very impressed with Jeremy in the sales department. We knew exactly what we wanted and Jeremy made it happen with efficiency and professionalism that surpassed my expectations. After having a poor experience at our local dealer, we reached out to Volvo Charlotte and they actually hand delivered our new car (2 hour one way) and took our trade in back. I wasn't visiting Volvo to purchase a vehicle but if I were, I'd definitely come here based on the kind, professional and honest treatment I rec'd from Mr. Baker in the service department and the cashiers. I was referred to this location to have work done on my 2000 Volvo. Mr. Baker was working with me and instead of trying to reach a quota he explained to me the cost I would be facing and the reasons I should think about it before making a decision. I appreciate Mr. Bakers honesty and his candor. It honestly wasn't what I was expecting but it was what I and all customers deserve. Thank you Mr. Baker for being an example of excellent customer service!
I love my new Volvo S90 R-Design!! Mr. Fredrick Gates and the entire Volvo team did a spectacular job in getting the car here. I did not think I would be able to have the car with the color and all options I was looking for. Jimmy and Mr. Gates said give them a few days and they found one that was still available in white and made it happen. While we did use a specialist car purchasing service to locate the vehicle we wanted and negotiate the price, this was by far one of the best experiences I can remember when purchasing a vehicle. From walking in the door to driving off we were there less than an hour - this included a test drive, signing the paperwork, and figuring out how to use the infotainment system. Frederick Gates was our sales person, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and like the rest of the staff did not try to push us to purchase any additional products or services.
Awesome experience at Volvo of Charlotte!! They brought a car to me to test drive. When I did go to dealership, all paperwork was ready to go so it took no time at all to finalize the deal. Highly recommend them for all your Volvo needs.
