This place is amazing. Perfect place to go for a stress free experience. The lady here knows what shes doing and knows her stuff. Really excellent customer service. We tried dresses on with my daughters preference on what my daughter wanted and was amazed by it. Then the lady brought a dress to us she suggested and we was WOWED, it was the dress we decided to purchase. Trust us she knows what she doing. We tried 4 different places prior to her shop and we couldn't find anything, my daughter broke down crying because we were 6 hrs prom dress shopping before here and I wish it was our first stop. Dont waste your time to go other places and instead make this your first stop!

I flew in from the mainland for my wedding on Oahu. I used Vows to get my dress steamed for the ceremony after traveling. They were much more affordable than other places I checked with and did a great job. I picked it up 24 hrs later and it looked beautiful. Would recommend for destination brides needing their dress steamed or pressed prior to the ceremony!

Great selection of tuxedos. My son is going to prom and he needed a special fitting. The attendant was great, we went on a Sunday, and the place was SO busy! But, we took our time and got all the measurements! I also rented shoes because I didnʻt want to bother with looking. My son is picky. I hope that there will be parking on Wednesday when we have to pick up the tux. Itʻs street parking, thatʻs why I put 4 stars.

Do not shop here. They are not respectful, honest or reliable. The sales associate is rude and sometimes condescending when alone in the dressing room and the owner is very nice and knowledgeable at first but uses the information to lie manipulate you. When getting a dress here they charged me surprise fees when picking up the dress even though everything had been paid for the previous visit. If you fall in love with one of their dresses, get it altered elsewhere. They promised me a very low price for alterations but ended up charging way more than they quoted. DO NOT TRUST THEM ON WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. If anything make sure to get it written on paper because they are not to be trusted.

Love the styles but pricey. . customer service is good from sales girls. but the alterations lady is horrible. spits all over when talks and can barely understand her. she's rude and grabby. treats you like a rag doll.
