They were AMAZING..they went above and beyond in EVERY WAY! They assisted me with transportation when I purchased a car online from them. They assisted me with financing. They gave more customer service than was required. They were kind & caring. They are trustworthy, honest, and provide above and beyond more service than a person usually receives in all other areas of purchasing and business. I highly recommend them & will do business with them anytime.

This place is a joke. Won auction on eBay and when i get to the car it is nothing like represented on eBay at all. Starter made loud noises that they "claimed" just started making the that morning, YEAH BS!! Two dash lights on and not disclosed on the auction as well. They told me these were all pictured and i knew about them. How do you picture a sound? the only dash pic was the odom. Idle was rough. Three different tires..... the list goes on. They DO NOT have a show room like they say in their ad. in fact its a shack on the side of rt 30 they "make their deals" out of. Typical fly by night auction car buyers trying to make a quick buck. They STOLE 200 from me and would not refund it because its a non refundable fee!!! i am reporting them to my bank, ebay and who ever else i can. They need to go back to where they came from and sell their cars there. So many dishonest people anymore!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! i wish i could leave zero stars!!
Lost all my savings on a car VERY misrepresented. Bought a car through Ebay, just took it to a dealership and it needs 2500 in work to pass inspection, and not even worth it from how badly the frame is rusted. This car was labeled as "runs great, inspected, ready to drive, everything works inside the car" - none of these statements were true. Also they have played games with me via phone and email, continue making up lies even today(over a month later), and marked my transaction on ebay as UNPAID to prevent me from leaving HONEST feedback. BEWARE.
I bought a Lana-special from eBay with the ad stating "low miles, very clean and no trans problems". It was low miles but the balance was utterly false. The trans barely made it 30 miles home. The front suspension was so bad my mechanic stated it was a miracle the car didnt kill someone. When I rated the seller poorly on eBay, she essentially offered me money to change my review. She is also harrassing me on other sites after poor reviews. These people are the worst type of crooks. Beware of EVERYTHING
This place is dishonest and not trustworthy! Do not buy from them. They misrepresented the car on EBAY! We bought the car on EBAY and specifically asked if the engine light was on by email and they LIED and said it was not!!!! We would not recommend this company!!!!!!!
These jokers change identities and try to hide from their bad reviews. I had same type of experience as several others. Dash warning lights were on and when I said that it wasn't disclosed they told me it was in the photos. Yeah, in the photos all the lights were on b/c the key was on. Car had undisclosed damage and the "rebuilt" hybrid battery lasted less than a year. They were totally unprofessional through the entire transaction. When I left them a bad review elsewhere they denied that I had ever dealt with them. I wish that that was true.
