What a joke. I had a package delivered to my business PO Box. The vendor put one of my employees name's on the box and they refused to release the package to me. They would not allow a call from the employee or vendor to release the package. I was wearing monogrammed apparel with the company name on it, have the signature on file that I own the PO box, and they have documentation that I own the company. A little common sense would go a long way. But I guess that's too much to ask of the post office. This is why I take my money elsewhere and will shut down my PO box this week as a result. What is the good of having that if they wont release my mail to me?

Received a notification from Amazon that my package was unable to be delivered. Put tracking # in on website and it says being held at customer request.. we did not request this and are quite frustrated with this. My last city I actually demanded that Amazon not use Usps for my packages because they lost them. But this is a new low for the postal service.
I have had my mail delivered to the wrong location/box on multiple occasions. A few times I received my products back, but there are times I never did. Unfortunately, the post office shows delivered, so the companies will not reimburse me or resend the items. No one EVER answers the phone. There is one employee named Andrew who is willing to help, but I can't always reach him. The ladies working there can be very rude, and the customer service is poor. I would recommend going to a different location if possible.
