This trolley is worth suing over false advertising. They say a shuttle arrives every 10 minutes, but the reality is closer to 30-45 depending on the time of day and the weather, where the hotter the weather the longer the wait. The price is cheap but reliability is horrendous. Expect a long wait, with zero shade at numerous stops, generally long lines and the occasional rude driver. Other notes, exact change is required, strollers are not allowed on upper decks, and occasional full trolleys will arrive after your 45 minute wait in the sun. If you have 4 people, a cab or Uber will be faster and similarly priced, and take a fraction of the time.

Good cheap transportation minus the lack of reliability. Lived here for 4 months and not once has the pink line been on time. They say it's every 10 minutes. But it's normally over 30 minutes. Prepare to waste a lot of time waiting
