I would give 0 stars if possible I they were very quick to take my money but than when I was having issues doing the online portion I couldn't get an email back to save my life and than the virus started and when I asked for a refund they refused to give me one until a week ago I emailed them and they finally said oh we will send you a check could take up to 30days well for one you took it from my bank account so why cant it be placed back in their and than on top of that they asked for my address which is clearly in my file because they asked for all that information when I signed up and they are threw the Red Cross and I even email them and they said they cant help me how can you not help me when I am going threw one of YOUR programs very frustrating. wont recommend
